Resolved: Overpayment
Company resolved the issue.
They did finally pay us what was asked for, thnks to the Better Business Bureau, so the issue is resolved.
We sold the property and closed on April 14, 2023, which was handled by Attorneys at Law McGrane and Schuerman, Colville, WA. They were given a payoff figure of $994,650.72 as of April 14, 2023. Then on April 17, 2023 you requested a payoff in the amount of $999,371.08. This was sent to you, but we feel this was in error as the payoff of $994,650.72 was what you agreed to.
We do not think it is legal or ethical to ask for more money after the property was legally closed. This is no way to do business, and we are asking you to honor original payoff of $994,650.72.
We feel that it is illegal to try to change the terms of a legimate sale, which was executed on April 14, 2023, and agreed upon by the buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title company. We are requesting the return of the $4,720.36 to the Sanders.

Loss Draft Dept will NOT release our funds!
On May 25th I was told by A. Elliott she was going to overnight a check to us and provided a UPS tracking #.
I have checked every day and only the "Label Created" has been completed. I sent emails daily asking for urgency. No one responds. No one ever responds.
We received our first check 116 days ago for less than half of what they are holding, and that's all we've received. How can ANY project be completed without funds? We used emergency money thinking Celink would send funds regularly. They haven't.
No one at this company cares. This is Elder Abuse.
